Our pets are important in our lives. There is no question that we will connect with them in the afterlife. When working as a medium, there are so many times that I see the spirit of my client’s beloved pet wanting to give them a message from Heaven. Animals communicate telepathically in life and in spirit, and this is how I can receive messages from them. The messages that they share with me are always extremely healing.
Patches was born to a litter in Dale’s neighborhood. Patches and Dale immediately became best friends. Patches lived a good life for eighteen years. After his death, Dale became very involved with his new family. But as the years passed, the ache in his heart grew stronger, longing for his best friend. In a reading, Patches told Dale that he will be back in his arms next year. By the end of the following year, Dale’s work colleague had to give up her young dog because she was moving out of the country. Dale went over to her house just to take a look. For both, it was love at first sight. Even though the dog looked quit different, Dale smiled when he saw the same patch over his eye. The soul of this dog was given the job to watch over Dale.
Joan loved her horses. When her beloved Nicky died, sadly Joan decided that her time as a horse owner would have to come to an end. She was getting older, and the care was difficult. But most of all, she did not want to die and leave her horses feeling alone and abandoned. When I first communicated with the spirit of Nicky, he was considering coming back to Joan, but Joan encouraged him to stay in spirit. She promised him that she would be fine and to wait for her in Heaven. Soon after, Nicky found a beautiful heavenly horse pasture with a new horse friend. Now when Joan communicates with him, she sees him healthy, happy and running free, knowing that one day he will meet her the moment she crosses over.
If you are anticipating the return of your pet, try to relax and trust the process. The exact timing and place cannot be forced. It happens in perfect and divine timing for all souls involved. Just know that whatever decision you make, your souls are bonded, and you will be together either on Earth or in the afterlife.
Whether the love of your life is a dog, cat, horse, bird, guinea pig or any other animal that has won your heart, remember their soul is connected with you. They may reincarnate many times with you in this life or wait for you to take your last breath to welcome you into the afterlife. Often when I am communicating with the spirit of a loved one, the adored pet from life is still by her side. I have also heard many stories that when the last breath is taken, the beloved pet has come to lead them home. One woman’s spirit told me her horse came to give her a final ride into the light. This undying, eternal power of pure love will continue long after death.
